Do you believe than when we die we end up on an alternate plane of existence??

There is but one reality, and we are in it. There are two realms that interact, the spiritual realm, and the material realm. We can leave our bodies with our spirit, in our sleep an enter the spiritual realm, and return before we wake up. We can leave our body, when we die and find a fresh body, when the right one, under the right conditions is available. Reincarnation keeps us in this existence, this universe. The spirit is invisable, unless it projects, and image someone would recognize. The image a spirit projects will most likely have clothes. Most of the time a spirit, will project an image, if you run into one while dreaming. Dreams appear really real at times, because they are, but in the spiritual realm.
