A parole officer stopped his car so the apt. gates would close on my car, what should i do.?

Just coming home from work and a parole officer was in front of me at the gate so i used my card to make the gate stay open, he says he didnt see me use my card and stopped his car so i couldnt go in the gate causing the gate to close on my New Yukon , scratching it on both sides. I called the police but they where buddies and basically laughed at me while the police was questioning me the parole officer was also, the police didnt tell them to be quite the just badgered me like i was a criminal, one of the parole officers was beyond rude and on several occions asked me why did i do this or why did you do that, like i was nobody and a dumb fool. I dont know what to do.
