Okay, so I am kinda worried, could I get a disease from it?

So today at school I was wearing like capri tights/leggings, and you wear a thong with them, so I was. And then my friend asked if I wanted to trade, she wear my leggings and i wear her jeans. so she was wearing a thong too, and so was I. and then I wore her pants, and my v. a. g. was like in her jeans, could I get a disease? and if so, what?
