Percheron or T/b?

Neither. Since you are a beginner you need an older more experience horse. Some people throw the great with kids in all of their descriptions to attract more prospect buyers. You need the help of your instructor to find you a horse. A knowledgeable horse person to point you in the right direction and make sure that your first horse is a safe bet for you. Also the instructor will probably know where there are horses that are suitable beginners' horses. That way you have a good beginning experience and continue for many years to come. Good luck.
