Does President George Bush's statement makes sense?

I think this joker has been a sorry excuse for a leader. But at the end of the day Bush is gonna have his nice fat bank account and those of us he has made all that money from are going to be out on the street because the homes we saved 10 years to buy are being foreclosed on. I've looked back on a few things and we haven't had a decent president since Reagan. Integrity and accountability are obviously NOT qualities needed in a president anymore. Just have a daddy with friends in high places.
