Is it normal for a poodle ?

I've always wondered if it was normal for my poodle to have skinny legs. I don't notice it when he's dry because his hairs fluffy.. but I can't help but think that his legs are really, really skinny looking when he's taking a bath. I get that he wets and all but It just doesn't seem like a normal sized leg. I'm not sure what one really looks like but again, it just looks super scrawny ... maybe I'm just paranoid.
