My baby has had constant eye boogers for the past couple days?

She doesn't have a cough or fever or anything like that. She doesn't act sick, so why would her eyes be so goopy? It's so sad cause every time she wakes up from a nap her eyes are pretty much sealed shut. What can I do and what could be causing this? Thanks!
