How to water orchids?Just roots only or leaves only or both? And how about fertilization just roots only or?

I dip mine in a bucket of rain water, hold for 1-2 seconds and then let drip dry. In the summer months I do this weekly and add a very weak fertilizer to the water, and every fourth watering I use bloomer fertilizer for orchids. Be cautious, orchids do not like fertilizers with urea, and almost all "orchid" fertilizers have this in them.
