Any advice how to get rid of a puss-filled sore?

I was going to say squeeze the b*stard! But then i read your question... It could be from a blocked sweat duct? I had it happen under my arm pit but it didn't go puss y, just solid and huge! Go to your doctor and get some antibiotics, that should clear it up nicely :)
