I'm 27 and I live in my mom's basement but I can stay out as late as I want. Why don't girls want to date me?

I have a high school diploma, I own my own station wagon and I once did a 20 second keg stand. I seem like a pretty good catch for a lucky lady, but I have a hard time women that will date me. What am I doing wrong?
