What should I do when men "holler" at me?

This is so annoying and why do they feel the need to comment about certain parts of our bodies. Ignore is the only solution, you feed them one ounce and they got the acknowledgement they were looking for. DO NOTHING! A guy comes up and approaches you for your number, look confused, tilt your head and then walk away. SAY NOTHING. They are looking for you just to open your mouth no matter what you say they will have an answer for it so SAY NOTHING. They will learn, I feel for you sweetie.
