Can I be charged if I hit someone with food?

last day at a job with alot of enemies, I already have a new job far away, there's one person I particularly can't stand and ive bottled it up for a while why they kept gossiping and starting srama at work, so today I was going to hit them with a burrito or some pie or pour a bucket of ice on them and run for the car and escape.. I don't plan on ever working here again but can I get an ault charge for food?
