Does the President have any powers that would help him?

Powerless? This pres. does as he pleases regardless of it's legality. He's destroyed the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, and he's set a record for signing statements that basically say he doesn't like the rules so he gives himself the right to ignore them. Pay attention people, this guy has destroyed democracy in America and our Senate and Congress has enabled him to do what ever he wants. They can't even impeach him without impeaching themselves as well.
