My turtles had 4 babys I lost the runt today?

my turtles had baby's about a month ago they all eat and play and drink water all but the runt I tried to feed her for hours I tried to care for her the best I could today I lost her I feel like Its my fault that my little peaches died today im heart broken I gave them a huge cage 6 feet by 4 feet gave them food living bugs, fruit, greens, and veggies I gave them a 2 foot water bowl shallow but full of water to drink and play in I changed said water every day. they all grow very fast over the past month they are all happy all but my peaches my runt my sweet runt is gone I just need to know was this my fault? thanks........
